Barn becomes a restaurant

Situated amongst the romantic lagoon scenery of the Spreewald the restaurant "Oppott" can be found in "Lehde". A former cowshed - which was one of the biggest in the village - was lovingly turned into a rustic and cosy restaurant in 1992.

The residents called the property where the restaurant is placed now "Oppott" which is the water channel crossing the site in ancient times. This water channel doesn't exist anymore but its name remained.
